“Our exceptional new executive team will be integral to the Federation’s success as we write our next chapter,” said Charlene MacDonald, FAH President and CEO. “We’re at a critical moment for health care coverage and access, and our team’s proven ability to be strategic, nimble, and relentlessly solutions-oriented will allow the Federation to deliver for our members and the millions of patients they serve.”
Tilithia McBride will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer and will continue to serve as the Federation’s leading expert on quality, patient safety and public health. With over 25 years of experience across the health sector, she is uniquely qualified to serve in this dual role where she will oversee all organizational operations – finance, human resources, and administrative services – while driving organizational strategy related to key issues.
Adam Broder will expand his role as Chief Strategy Officer. A public affairs and campaign veteran with nearly 20 years’ experience, he will focus on advancing FAH’s mission, financial stability, and long-term growth, as well as aligning strategic planning and advocacy initiatives; managing member engagement, recruitment, and retention; and overseeing communications and external affairs, including meetings and conferences.
Alyssa Keefe will become Senior Vice President, Head of Policy. Alyssa is a distinguished health policy expert with more than 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge of state and federal legislative processes, as well as Medicare and Medicaid payment and coverage policies. She will oversee a team of policy professionals and continue FAH’s long history of providing expert research and analysis of federal health policy and counsel to FAH members.
Katie Tenoever, with decades of legal and policy experience at health care trade associations across the sector, continues in her role as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She will focus on legal strategy and compliance, providing strategic counsel to FAH leadership and members on critical issues.
