FAH President and CEO Chip Kahn released the following statement after the Supreme Court released its ruling on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization:

“Today the U.S. Supreme Court released its opinion on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization which overturned the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.
