Congressional leadership can shape a budget resolution while avoiding Medicaid cuts that could deny care to children, seniors, and hardworking families. We stand ready to work with Congress to see legislation crafted that meets the mandate of the agenda without jeopardizing the health security of millions of Americans or threatening their access to 24/7 hospital care.”
